Well on my way to my monthly goal. Last Friday I went to my health class to get my body fat percent calculated, turns out I'm at 23% and need to lose 36 lbs which will bring me to 111lbs (I'm 5'6"). God I'd love to be at that weight but doesn't that sound a bit extreme for a health measurement? weird...
Live has been much better lately, New boyfriend who is completely in love with me (we were best friends before we decided to date). Hoping I don't drive this one to insanity...
Easter was nice although I ate more then I should have ugh. My cousin decided to follow in my footsteps and lose a significant amount of weight (horray for inspiring someone) but she has become more of a bitch yuck. She acts like she is some kind of hot shit but whatever I'm still happy that she lost the weight since she was headed in the direction of major health problems due to the excessive weight.
Yesterday kinda sucked, I planned to do my usual hour of pilates, run 2.5 miles, 30 min ab workout and finish with an hour long kickboxing sesh but instead I stayed in and ate chinese food and chocolate since it was the first day of my period ughhhhh f*cking cramps =[. Also my muscles were soooo sore from the day before (same as what I planned to do lastnight). Today I will hit the gym with a vengeance! Run till I'm on the verge of either throwing up or passing out! this fat must go!!!!
Well I've got a bunch of homework to get done before class!
