  • Update

    Well on my way to my monthly goal. Last Friday I went to my health class to get my body fat percent calculated, turns out I'm at 23% and need to lose 36 lbs which will bring me to 111lbs (I'm 5'6"). God I'd love to be at that weight but doesn't that sound a bit extreme for a health measurement? weird...
    Live has been much better lately, New boyfriend who is completely in love with me (we were best friends before we decided to date). Hoping I don't drive this one to insanity...

    Easter was nice although I ate more then I should have ugh. My cousin decided to follow in my footsteps and lose a significant amount of weight (horray for inspiring someone) but she has become more of a bitch yuck. She acts like she is some kind of hot shit but whatever I'm still happy that she lost the weight since she was headed in the direction of major health problems due to the excessive weight.

    Yesterday kinda sucked, I planned to do my usual hour of pilates, run 2.5 miles, 30 min ab workout and finish with an hour long kickboxing sesh but instead I stayed in and ate chinese food and chocolate since it was the first day of my period ughhhhh f*cking cramps =[. Also my muscles were soooo sore from the day before (same as what I planned to do lastnight). Today I will hit the gym with a vengeance! Run till I'm on the verge of either throwing up or passing out! this fat must go!!!!

  • New goals

    I've fallen off the weight loss wagon lately but I'm putting an end to all the binges. I'm not sure what my exact weight is right now but my new break down to my goal weight is as follows:
    GW1:145lbs by end of April
    GW2:140lbs by end of May
    GW3: 135lbs by end of June
    GW4: 130lbs by end of July
    GW5: 125lbs by end of August
    GW6: 120lbs by end of September
    UGW: 115lbs by end of October
    This will set me up perfectly to be at my ultimate goal weight by Halloween enabling me to fit into my cat woman costume!

  • Hello World
       Life has finally started to look up =]. i am a much healthier version of myself. i feel as though my mind and heart has become much lighter over the past month. i am slowly learning that the only people i need in my life are the ones that need me in theirs. i've met a very sweet Italian man who has turned my world upside-down in the best of ways. i have been training for volleyball tryouts && possibly leaving my sorority this year. somewhere through all this chaos i have learned that it is okay not be perfect as long as you are true to yourself.
    Diet and exercise:
       I have been eating healthier then ever. i've cut back on sweets and soda. the first day was hard but over the last few weeks my mood has brightened increasingly. its amazing how much of a difference a simple change like that has on your mind body and sole. why have i given it up?? 'Skinny Bitch'. its a tough love eye opening diet book that changed my view on the sugar, deep fried, caffeinated crap that i have been putting in my mouth. before this change in diet i always had to have my 3 pill does of hydroxycut to complete my hour and 15 minute run now that i have restricted my intake of junk i no longer need these pills to run. 
       Other then the diet changes i have been trying to learn the sport of volleyball. i have never played sports before but i still want to tryout for my colleges team. if anyone reading this has any experience with the sport advice will be very much appreciated. tryouts is only a week away... ahhhhh!!

  • Restart <3

    Hello world
    Let me reintroduce myself since its been so long. My name is Brittney. I'm a 5'8 blonde hair blue eyed girl who tends to be overly concerned with her appearance. I've always been self conscience about my weight issues. I want to one day look in the mirror and be satisfied with the girl looking back at me.
    I've had many failures over the years but lets focus on the positives. Almost a year ago I decided to become a vegetarian and aside from a few bumps along the road during the first month I've been completely meat free since august of 2009. Since joining the Xanga community back in May of 2009 I've been very good with my exercise (though there is always room for improvement).
    So now onto my new goal for this year (while still maintaining the old ones). I would like to give up soda. I've noticed how bad it is for me. How much it bloats me and how addicted to it I am. Every time I go to any food place weather it be the grocery store or to a restaurant I unthinkingly, automatically reach for the soda. I cant control it and that bothers me so much. So I will be going back on the master cleanse diet as of tomorrow/Sunday and hopefully staying on it for 5 days .

  • The good and the bad

    I had an interesting weekend. Friday night was crappy my twin didn't get out of work till 2am which meant i didn't get the movie new moon.
    Saturday night I went to a party at my friends house. Played beer pong for the first time, and got extremely wasted. What I remember drinking was 5 Vodka jelloshots, 2 shots of whiskey, 6 shots of rum, and a few rum and cokes. I probably drank more I just don;t remember. I blacked out after winning a game of beer pong and woke up in the morning on the couch feeling like my leg was broke.
    What I was filled in on was that I punched everyone at the party.. I have no clue why I did that? Fell down the stairs ( probably why my leg felt like it was broke. Punched C in the groin claimed that C pushed me down the stairs and tried to get B to fight him. Tried to run away twice and cried for 2 hours then slipped and fell into the bathtub. The guys then carried me to the couch.
    I woke up and was was rushed out the door because of stuff that was going on, completely forgetting my camera. when M dropped me off at my car i realized I left it there and I lost my credit card too so I went back to her house and looked for it and helped clean up the place.
    Never found my credit card so I canceled that but I found out one of the girls grabbed my camera to give back to me. Hopefully I get it back soon.
    Now I'm spending the day writing apology messages to everyone.
    but on the bright side i somehow lost another 2 lbs =].
